A leading IT journalist, Mr. Remmy Nweke who is also a former Member of the NiRA Executive Board, recently launched his book titled “SAGACITY OF A DIGITAL REVOLUTION”. This authorship is no surprise as Mr. Nweke has been consistent with his contributions to Technological Development in Nigeria, as apparent through his media publication, IT Realms, his inputs to Nigeria’s Internet Governance Forum as well as his participation in driving Local Content in the nation’s ICT Industry among other key influences.
The book was launched during the 2022 Nigeria DigitalSENSE Forum Series (NDSF) on the 9th of June 2022, at the Welcome Center Hotel, Lagos. NiRA’s Web Services Administrator, Mr Olusegun Akinwunmi delivered a goodwill message to the auspicious event, as a representative of the President and Board of NiRA.
For many who are not tech savvy, understanding the goings-on in the IT space could be challenging, especially due to the constantly evolving nature of the industry. We celebrate the achievements of this outstanding journalist, as we applaud the publication of a timely publication with well-articulated ideas on the digital revolution and we hope to see more of his work in the future, contributing to the development of Nigeria’s Digital Economy.
