The Constitution provides for an Executive Board of Directors (EBOD), and a Board of Trustees (BOT). The Executive Board of Directors is led by the President, the Board of Trustees has a Chairman

Day to day operation of the Association is run by the Secretariat and various committees of the Board that ensures the smooth management of NiRA in the cyberspace.

The NiRA Secretariat is headed by a Chief Operating Officer.
